It has facilitated easier access to information, improved the efficiency of public services, boosted financial inclusion through digital payments, and created new economic opportunities. Initiatives like UPI (Unified Payments Interface) have revolutionized financial transactions, while online platforms have streamlined processes ranging from filing taxes to accessing healthcare.

However, the rapid digitalization has also brought forth a darker side: a significant surge in cybercrime. As more aspects of life become digital, the attack surface for malicious actors expands exponentially.
